Just checked your progress for the first time in a while and its impressive. Looks like you've made good progress in a really short time (i.e. compared to some of your Aug pics). Did you change something? Diet? Routine?

Welcome to bb.com. ON's products are good. But, there are no (legal) supplements that are going to make a huge difference in your physique. What you do in the kitchen and the gym is most important. Having said that, I like ProComplex because it gives a sustained release of protein. Taking it while eating and lifting like an animal has put a few lean pounds on me.

It's working . . . slowly. I'm satisfied that my body composition is slowly, but steadily improving. So, I haven't been making any major changes to my regimen lately. Just sticking with what works for me: clean diet and and high intesity in the gym. Tell me about your next goal.

No soy? I used to live on the stuff. I guess you're eating tons of fruits, veggies, whole grains. Ever tried quinoa? Do you eat eggs?
