I was sick of being skinny.
Why I Love It:
It makes my clothes fit a lot better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply progressing every month.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 25lbs in 6 months on a vegetarian diet. Then I cut the 12lbs of fat I gained with it, while keeping the muscle. Net result: I put on 13lbs of muscle in a year and a half.

This was taken 2 years before I began lifting. I was about 180lbs here. After this was taken I lost about 10-15lbs when I started pulling all-nighters in grad school. That's when I began lifting.
Little to no progress this month. Time to change up my workouts. I think Im going back to a 3 day split, from my current 5 day.
Well part of that arm bar is that now I'm resting me knee; on the other hand your progress is clear and strong, keep eating right, keep training hard. Looking sharp.
I think I've plateaud (nothing much to show) and I'm taking a bit of a break from the gym while I finish up school before the summer. I'll jump back in to the gym next week.

Nah in fact i think ive eaten it once in my life and nearly puked it up haha.
Yeah dairy would be my prime protein source as a food, i live on whey shakes too but that worked out well as before i even lifted i drank quite a few glasses of milk everyday, so mixing it with whey came easy.
Otherwise bread, pb, rice... i do eat fruit and veggies but not copious amounts.
