My age nthe time of my life as we get up in age we become aware or reminded by our body that if you want to do something about the aging process to become physically fit that it is a great place to start

By doing so it makes me feel good about myself and the change and appearance says to me and my peers that I have enough self respect to try to stay youn and keep myself up is my statement to everyone how I feel about myself

By the way training makes me feel physically and mentally the personal achievements and the physical gaines and my appearance publically says wow look at him at 50 yrs old

Goal (Long):
I am 6 foot tall and I weigh 220lbs I would ultimately like to weigh 190- 200 and overall have an appearance of a really well defined kinda massive middle aged man just one of the few 50 yr old men on top of his fitness game . It is time to get the body I always wanted and at this age it probablly won;t affect my health in the least Better diet better cardio better overall health for men my age it is a must I will keep posting all of my achievements
