How I Started:
I was going through a hard time in my life and I wasn't eating right. Maybe two times a day. Doing this I lost about ten pounds. I was always on the thin side usually hovering around 150 lbs. I got a gym membership and started reading everything I could about weight training and nutrition. After about two years I've gained 25lbs.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after I work out and my energy level goes up. I want to feel good and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
In 3 years I've gained 35 lbs.

Hit the gym good today. Did chest and then did some sprints on 4% incline. It kicked my ass. I totally felt like puking after but that just meant I pushed myself as hard as I wanted too. Ussually that feeling leaves after a minute or so. I satrt my new training on Monday. SteveP is helping me...

Try leaving the weights out of it. JUst do the hanging leg raises with your body weight. You'll get a nice burn and it might help reduce that last bit of fact in the lower area.

I'm 9wks out!! I'm so happy to have baseball back (even if the phils are playing like ****). That is such a sad story, he was so so young and had such a bright future. I've seen some of the press conf. and they've been so sad.
