How I Started:
I have been an athlete my whole life. I played college football untill I was 24. Working out in the gym is just like comming home everyday. If I stay away to long I really miss it.
Why I Love It:
I feel more energetic. I know I am prolonging my life by living healthy and eating right. Hopefully I inspire others to get off the couch and join a gym to better their overall life experiance.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at pictures of myself when I was out of shape. I hated it and dont want to fall back into my old habitts. Its hard to find attractive women when they are turned off by your physique.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not trying to be a bodybuilder for competition. The only competition I see is standing next to someone and having them size me up.I want to have the better physique no matter whos next to me.

I have been hitting the gym very consistantly for the last few months. I have seemed to be increasing my strength tremendously. I have one problem happening right now. I can go in the gym and lift very heavy and hard but cant seem to get the pump that I am used to getting. If someone can answer...

Really, that's good that you love it! Math isn't my best subject lol. Same for me, I have had a passion for nutrition and fitness for a long long time. I love every aspect of it. So, have you ever thought about competing on stage, because you seem to be a competitive person. Bet you'd take them all out!! BTW how is the superpump working for you?
