My goal is to lose 20 more pounds (I've lost 18 so far since I've started) gain muscle, improve my eating habits and overall health!
Goal (Long):
I would like to become a healthier, more active version of myself. I want to improve my level of fitness by weight training regularly at the gym and to increase my cardio by going running regularly. I aim to make more healthy eating choices at home, at work, and when spending time with friends and family. I want to be more confident about my body and to feel proud of my fitness achievements. I also want to set a healthy example for others. within the next six months I would like to see the person in the mirror that I know I can become with hard work, commitment, and willpower, and I want to maintain these results with a healthy and active lifestyle.
Day 132-156: I have been super busy at work, hanging out with friends, having family visit from out of state, going on vacation... I have been keeping up my workouts in between but have not been getting enough sleep so more often than not I skip my morning run to sleep in, then do both...
Hello there just wanted to say OUTSTANDING job on the progress Keep up the good work. Hopefully some one on body space is inspired and motivated by you. Once again Great job.
