Background
I have been working out for years off and on. A few years back I got more serious about it and was on a good schedule then between college, work, and beer buddies I got off schedule. I've been dedicated for over a year now. Pushing heavy weight, sticking to my schedules, eating right, and cutting the beer out (very rarely get a few beers; big change from the 12 pack a night!). I feel great now, my clothes fit better, and my posture commands attention when I walk in a room. I only hope to continue growing stronger and to continue gaining more muscle mass.
