Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I have been working out for years off and on. A few years back I got more serious about it and was on a good schedule then between college, work, and beer buddies I got off schedule. I've been dedicated for over a year now. Pushing heavy weight, sticking to my schedules, eating right, and cutting the beer out (very rarely get a few beers; big change from the 12 pack a night!). I feel great now, my clothes fit better, and my posture commands attention when I walk in a room. I only hope to continue growing stronger and to continue gaining more muscle mass.

My Workout Program View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

5am workouts, 6 days a week (3 on 1 off routine). Work out two to three muscle groups each session with at least 3 exercises per muscle group with a minimum of 3 sets with pyramid reps (12,10,8),but usually lift till exhaustion. Whole workout is free weights, no cable systems. A set of push-ups before bed each night.

By looking in the mirror and checking out the people on this site. I look at some of the physiques and say "I want to look like that!". And that "want" to better define my body makes me keep pushing the iron.
