I love the way I feel during and after working out. It's not just working out...it's life! Yeah, I stole that motto from my gym, ha.
How I Stay Motivated:
By talking with others that share the same fitness interests and goals. I usually read articles from fitness sites and/or watch fitness videos for motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I've managed to avoid injury and over-training since day one of training.
The biggest thing for me right now is to more strict with my eating habits. I'm really dedicated to eating healthy, but when I cheat...it's cheating times 10!!! I want to be as dedicated to nutrition, as I am to working out.

ya know, i've been real lazy in terms of updating my info too- but enjoying the summer a lot. I've done a bunch of marathons & 1/2 marathons but actually don't really like the running part- just competitive and can't turn down a challenge. Doing one in a few weeks-Hartford. My lifting is on point, but diet a little lax. Cant complain, real slow fat loss, but in the right direction!
