Started Working out in High School. Coach Kregloe was definetly a big part of it. After taking his weightlifting class, going through his training, I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
Working out comes with this feeling of acomplishment. My brother Derick and I used to work out at the school everyday and the compliments we received made the pain worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a picture of myself back when I did work out and also one next to it of what I look like now. trying to get to the before is what keeps me going
Always ketp busy through High School, played sports, enjoyed activities outside. Then College hit, and started my 1st gym membership. It went well through 1st year and then started staying inside, life screwed me and I did not react at the time. That took me to my current weight, 282.2 lb, Now ready to move forward with life, Want to join the Air Force, but can't be over 191 lbs, so making the small sacrifices to reach that goal. I seen the documentaries on this member, Big heart from what I've seen. I see your will power Dave and it just makes me push that much harder. It is fantastic to go through the physical and psychological changes that a human being goes thru. Thanks for always moving forward David
