Missed out on updating my bodyblog yesterday, however I had an awesome second day. Woke up feeling sore head to toe from Day 1's strength training, also woke up an hour before my alarm thanks to my awesome roommate, who wanted to get me going for an early morning run. So we suited up and did 4kms and came back home where we crashed for a solid hour before eating some breakfast. Felt super great a few hours after the run and went down to the gym to punch the bag for 15 minutes then ran some... Go to BodyBlog
