nah man, i used to keep it under 10 all the time, but obviously a lot of it had to do with gym class, but i haven't done cardio since the comp

yes, you are sure about abs eating and cardio. My problem is that I know a lot of different routines for abs then I mistake all them. I need to find a good one. Tks.

Well, everybody say that I need to get big (eating carbs a prots) and after that you begin do lose stubborn fat with a restrictive food..so lean muscle will appear.
