I want to gain more muscle and to develop a good muscular yet lean physique - sord of like Frank Zane but toned down some.
Goal (Long):
im a sopohmore in college and have not been in the gym since my senior year of high school in 04-05. I want to go back and work out and not be left a string bean - i mean i have some genetic muscle defintion but in time itz gonna go away and i have a fast metabolism so i can eat whatever i want. anyway i wanna get more muscle ,pounds and strength. I miss not working out but since im double majoring in college and commuting it dosent leave me with a lot of time. for the spring im thinking on joining the soccer intramural team and hoping i can meet som guyz their to help me get on track with lifting. im still a little new at this and i need to be refreshened on the the ropes again so if any of u guz or gurlz have any tips,quentions, or want to work some time u can send me an email to know more bout me.
i love bodybuilding and since ive been on the sideline at competitions,etc i managed to get some good photos and im studing to be a photograher and film director - but mostly want to be a fitness photograher. welll enough about that - my main goal is to get back in the gym and and have a few work out buddies(time permitting lol).
Yeah man really like the Mariusz clip, Polska Guram! Mariusz is awesome to watch, tough fierce and humble. THe way all good champs should be.
Keep up the work man, 150lbs is a long trip, but I am sure you can get there.
