Want to get back into MMA and just fully recover from being hurt in Iraq. So my goal is to get bigger and leaner. Getting help from "BDUB's DO WORK CREW" and "SUPERMAINE"
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
