first i want to say that you are very inspirational and you made an awesome transformation. I was just wanting to know what was an ideal number of sets per bodypart, thanks :)

hey layne, i was wondering about strength. i get a lot of compliments on my chest development but my bench press is only 135. any tips?

HI, i was wanting your opinion on a back belt. do you think i should wear one in the gym to protect my lower back. I occasionally pull a muscle in it.
