Here we go.....
Ok, I'm cleaning up my diet with the help of a friendly little app called: Myftinesspal.
In coming back to reading BB.com (because I'm having issues dropping the fat that's creeping), I realized that I've gotten VERY far from keeping track of my calories (where before, I tracked them to a fault and didn't give my body a break from the low calories I kept eating).
I'm going back to what I used to know....I just have to keep in mind that when this stops working (because my body will reach that point), that I have to work on doing something different all over again, maybe not holding the reigns so tight around the calories!!! Dont' forget!!!!
Anyway, my daily caloric goal will be 1700 (anything less than that and I'll be starved). I will try that for a week and see where it takes me. If nothing changes, then I'll take my calories lower.
I am CONVINCED that this will shake things up and give me results becaus I haven't done it in years and my body is not used to just a constant flow of a certain amount of calories.
Fingers crossed because after this, I don't know what to do.
