I do not eat anything out of a can and hate salt. I am following the sample menus in Jamie Eason's 12wk Livefit and a gallon of water a day.
I strive not to eat preservatives and only fish. I grab a frozen chicken breast when I am in a hurry but really dont like how it sticks in my braces!! I have increased my daily water intake to a gallon. I have also increased my calories after reading up on it and realizing I wasn't eatig enough. I have slowly changed my diet over the last year by getting rid of one bad habit at a time and replacing it with one good habit. Now that I am starting to lift weights I will shred into the fitness model that is hidden inside me!!

Keep it simple stupid!! I was trying to take way to many supplements at first. UGH!!
Only taking multivitamins, fish oil, calcium, meal replacement, and post workout protein powder.

Motivation must come from within. You inspire others without even realizing it so lead by example!!
I began this journey for my own health reasons and have inspired everyone around me without even realizing that my actions would effect them. I strive to be a positive role model for my kids, family, friends and patients.
