thanks D! I talked with a trainer - and she said I am doing things right. I hit the weights for about 45 min to an hour. then I finish off with 30 min hard cardio session. She called cardio the "frosting."

Well - I should probably up my cardio then since I am wanting to melt fat- I have noticed a difference- my friends and family have as well- :)

oh another thing, I have been doing cardio 30 min. 6 days. I see you do 1 hour 6 days. Do you think I would benefit going longer?

Hey lady! Glad your weekend is HERE! my weekends don't start until Monday! I get Monday and Tuesdays off...
Workouts... GREAT!
Eats... Ummm they had pizza at work today- I have like three pieces. bad. I know.
tomorrow is a new day! I feel great though- workouts are regular- and eating is at 75 percent--- :)
