Reason: The only protein that doesn't bother my stomach (lactose free) and doesn't kill you with carbs. I like mising it with black coffee (I have a love affair with caffeine)!

Reason: I swear by a ECA stack but since they have made ephedrine almost impossible to get this is the next best thing for the energy you need for a kick butt workout with lots of fat melting!

Reason: Atgtended Val Waugamans Champ Camp which was fantastic and tried this at her recommendation and it is awesome - tastes great, only 30 calories and it is full over super-foods, anti-oxidants and balances the PH of your body which can become overly acidic from a high protein diet.

Reason: Egg whites are THE most complete and available protein you can eat and this takes all the hassle out of what to do with the yolks! (My husband was getting pissed cause they were making my dogs really gassy! LOL) Highly recommend for contest prep.
