This is the picture that was my major wake up call. After losing my Mom to cancer I guess I turned to food for comfort. I didn't realize how out of control my weight was, I was 180 lbs and 35% bodyfat.
Totally screwed up my last two days of prep and was bloated but had a great time anyway - need to come in even smaller next time. Like 15lbs smaller! :) p.s. jantana and hurricane rain and wind DO NOT MIX! LOL

Hey Girly!!! How are ya !! and ho are ya !!!!I plan to be at the Easterns to CHEER U ON!!!!!!! if you need me to come in to the city early that day or before I can
A whole box of cookies??? LMAO!! Naughty!
'Training' for me is going well. I'm in the gym when I can be...but not as much as I WANT to be. As far as food...I tend to eat clean the majority of the time, I just have a hard time restricting calories...I don't like it!!! ;)
OK, I do not see any flaws there! How did you 'screw up'??
BTW, how do you manage your wine rep job and competition diet?? Our wine reps are always drinking!! LOL
