Playing sports. Lifting has always been a part of my adult life. I started when I was 14 playing football in high school.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good. Love the feeling of a good work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love it. When I don't lift I just don't feel as good. I feel lazy and my body actually starts to ache.

My body hurts and i love it. Just started back to hitting it hard. I took about 6 weeks after my season off to let the old body heal up a bit before getting back in the gym. Its amazing how much you lose conditioning wise in 6 weeks, I lost a little bit of strength but mainly endurance. Its...
