How I Started:
I have always worked out and been involved in exercise. I have a passion for helping others reach their exercise goals; I have a kinesiology degree which has helped alot. I would really like to become toned and possibly compete in a figure competition.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is the one time of the day that I get to myself. I can reflect on everything that is going on in my life; I find exercising very relaxing. The best feeling ever is getting up at 5:45 am, rocking my workout, and knowing that I have already accomplished more then most people in a day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is a little dificult for me. I am tired ALOT, so my energy levels change from hour to hour. Reading other women's transformation stories are really motivating, as well as, reading bodybuilding books.
Just remember: "You can't start over and change your past, but you can start now and change your future".

Goal (Long):
I have always been fascinated with figure competitions. I would ideally like to lose weight, and tone up alot. It would be great to compete in a figure competition, however, I'm content with just losing weight and gaining muscle for now. With much dedication and hard work, I believe I can reach my goals.
So there have been a few things on my mind lately....
1. I’m really frickin' tired of people who are so negative and are deceiving friends... I don’t want to make it seem like I need anyone to cheer me on or anything...but I’ve realized that I can’t stand...
You Have a Happy New Year as well! One week left and it's time for some serious changes for me. =) But I strained my shoulder this past week, so I have to back down on my upper body lifting for a few. Hopefully I'll recover fast!
I'll be happy when the holidays are over too, but that's really because I'm looking forward to my holiday party the weekend after New Years...white elephant, ugly sweater contest and good friends...great times!

Wow, well I hope you've made it home by now. So close, yet so far...only 25 miles. Hotels are okay, sometimes it's a great way to forget about the norm. ;)
ahhh so ur one of those ppl that go to the gym really early huh?? props to u, i cant do it, not a morning person. i have to get some food and water in me for a while before i go to the gym. im more of a late afternoon guy. ive been feelin good lately, if i dont go to the gym i feel like im missin something in my day, u feel like that?? i guess its good cuz that means ive made it a part of my life.
