Thanks so much! I need to put new ones up of her. She was only a few months old at that picture. She's almost 8 months old now. How time flies.

Good point. I'll have to think about that one. Almonds and an apple will have to do for now.

Too bad cheeseburgers weren't healthy. I'd easily keep those at work haha.

Haha I enjoy the Hippo's the most. I'm odd I crack them in half in my mouth. I need some protein snacks at work. The empty carbs are addicting haha.

I hate being away from you. Stupid audit making me go out of town. Can't wait to see you tonight. Love you, sexy mama.

Thanks for the kind words Jim, and I understand about losing time to yourself through your family. Its a tough transition to have balance in life, I hope you're seeing great gains, and I hope you have a prosperous 2009.

Well currently on my mass I am doing compound exercises increasing weight per set, 4 sets of increase, with a burnout set on the end with starting weight. I rest 3 minutes between sets to give ample recovery time. Its been working wonders. On my cut I will do somewhat of a "circuit" training. With a lot of power cleans. Also some other compound exercises thrown in, with some isolation moves at the end of the workout.

Thanks! Definitely know what you mean by having your heart. She is a big one too, 76th percentile for 4 month olds. Fits 6-9 months clothes haha. And the training is going very well. Seeing massive improvements, and just waiting to start the cut in Mid-February. How are things on your training front?

I bet you do. If I could be a Mr. Mom I would in a heart beat. Lets hope I win the Lottery! :) I used to work at Circuit City in college so I know about dealing with idiots for real.

Thats great! I do a 3 day split, and have a free day on the weekend where I just lift doing things I love to do. I'm an accountant and I start 10 hour days this week until April 15th so finding time to workout is going to be difficult with a wife and baby! Oh and I'm your 100th comment, lucky me haha.

Thanks! Your little man is looking awfully cute in his lil polo. And in my opinion her kitty cat dress is what makes it cute ;-).

Haha! I have a snow blower! Wish I had it last year when we got near a foot, and I had 4-5 foot drifts.
