How I Started:
I graduated college and I ended up managing a political campaign, after a month of putting in 14 hour days all I ate during that time was junk food. I gained 20lbs while I was on the campaign reaching over 160lbs... yuck! After it was over I decided to get back in the gym and start training hard.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the amazing results, and learning about my body.

Yeah ive been much more consistant with my workouts since the new healthbridge opened near my appt now i dont have to worry about the drive. I've been good just working all the time hbu?
Good luck toning your legs. I would do 5 sets of 20reps squats with light weights quickly. Then I would cycle for 20 min. I don't recommend passing out or vomiting as it tends to discourage.
hello liv good to hear that your training is going well. I had the same problem and diet is the most important key when training ive only just got mine rite after months lol Just eat as clean as you can and dont worry if u get eat clean all the time just as long as you get back on track thats the main thing
