I have decided to set a short term goal of 3 years! It took longer than that to put myself in the place I'm at now!!! UPDATE JAN. 21, 2009: I have made it through the 1st year!! Look out year 09 I'm coming for ya!

I am trying to get back to the gym on a regular bases without exhausting myself. I've come to realize that when a person has a chronic disease your body may not allow you to do certain things.
There is so much i would like to accomplish! I would love to have a six pack and tone up my arms and back. But mostly I would like to just be healthy and fit so I can enjoy activities for a lifetime.
