Basement/outside-ignore the crap in the background
When I Started:
Apr, 2008
How I Started:
In my early 20's I went to the Gym quite a lot but fell out of it when I met a former boyfriend.
When I met my Husband (waytootall) we joined Golds together. Then we started having children...between my work and caring for our little cherubs there was no time to commit to a work out.
Why I Love It:
I don't love working out but I'm starting to just do it... It makes my Husband proud of me, corny, I know but it works for me....
How I Stay Motivated:
Waytootall keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I've got it in the brain to workout or at least make what I do into a workout. That's a big step for me since I never had time to think about working out.

this was a couple weeks before delivery. I was a Weeble.
Ok, for all you Mom's out there that look fabulous....How do you do it????
I have two boys (4 & 6) that I'm home with all day. I don't have 5 minutes where I'm not called on to stop a fight or rescue toy cars from the toilet. My boys are extremely active in a boy way...are there exercises I can do with them to help me??? Tag is great for cardio and wrestling is fun until someone gets a knee in the nose. I'm looking for fun and creative ideas for keeping fit. I want to target my abs.
I can't do regimented exercise due to the many interruptions. I work at night so that's out. Somewhere in there I have to clean the house too.
So I got myself a personal trainer...He came at quite a high price, I had to promise him I would love and cherish him for the REST OF MY LIFE!!! Can you believe it?? Some of these men think they're all that and a bag of Tortilla chips. But I guess he's worth it cuz he got me sweating and...
don't even get me started on webkins...and I love those goofy games myself... lol! glad to hear you are seeing some changes...the torso usually changes first...so that means you'll see lower body changes soon...it is like peeling a banana!! :)

Hi Lynda! The achiles is officially no longer a problem. There's still a slight difference in the size of my calves, but they should equalize in the next month or so. I was in the hardest powercycle class my gym offers and didn't have a problem at all...so ... woo hoo..:) In the next couple of months I'm hoping to burn off a few inches of fat..I probably won't post another back progress picture until then. Hopefully, showing a big difference. How are you doing?
