Thanks.Well I was in Chicago for almost a year and i was on my own...everyone knows nowadays its hard living on your own with 9/hr. so i wasnt eating much nor working out. couldnt afford after rent. but i got the okay to come home and he asked me if i wanted to work out and get healthy...I took the offer like a dog after losing 30 lbs within a 9 month period. now i work at the gym we work out at its a free membership for me and i got my health almost back to where i was.sad story but true haha.
No. I put it in question form as if i was asking if it was a good goal for you. But it sounds like it is.
Yea. We are keepin it basic. I want that "full" look. Im trying to eat my ass off and my wieght bounces like a ****in pin ball machine. I think i need to intake about 3200-3500 calories more. im doin about 3000 now. In my personal book for me every calorie counts. As is my carb and protien intake also.
oh no cardio is a must. I could tell you that. But i mean even everyday work is cardio if your active enough.
but 200-205 is a good goal????
I see you doin it safe to keep your size by only losing 1/2 lb per week.

Thanks man. Im really starting to think its genetics haha. Yah man you are thick as hell. When are you going to shred? i did 185x5 today and that was set after set. Im about 144 in the middle of the day.
And yah i know what you mean. Just keep at it. Shredded i think you'd have the ladies at your toes ;)

Yup. Joe Death's son it is. Well I've been in sports and active since i was 14. Im going on 21 soon. Never really followed a wieght lifting program. This is my first time lifting with my dad. Im into my third week now. Ive always had the athletic type body. Just need to create it into the "Ultimate Bodybuilder" body now.
