Bigswole30 introduced me to the wonderful world of fitness, but I was inspired by Krissy Chin.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than the feeling you get after a great workout and that's what keeps me coming back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing progress. Also, by reading fitness magazines and looking at all of the HOT figure and fitness models!

In advance, sorry I am feeling very philosophical. I like your signature, but I do find a flaw with it. I guess coming from someone else's perspective it may work that way, but from my perspective it is flawed by one simple fact. Everyone can help anyone in one way or another by providing kindness to someone who may not be able to reciprocate in the same fashion. Sometimes receiving a smile or a thank you is reward in itself. It helps us to feel better; which can be a gift in itself.
