Hello! Trying this out for the first time!!Just finished up week five of my eight week program...wow time flies fast! Once I'm done I'll take a break from resistance training for a week, then start back up again with Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer! Wish me luck ;)Started taking BCAA's yesterday to complement my activity in the gym, clean eating, and regular whey protein shakes. Looking forward to my new live fit lifestyle!
