TxArtist I have home gym as well, also just to let you know. Squats and dead lifts are great to work out the glutes add more reps to your sets. And lil by lil add a bit more weight as you begin to strengthen your muscles. Mar 20, 2013 11:40am

I am sure you can still work out, there are fitness instructors and yoga trainers that specialize in work outs for pregnancy if you are interested.
