Goal (Long):
Short term goal is to keep improving every time I step on stage!!! My long term goals include: qualifying to compete at Nationals as a lightweight, eventually moving up to middleweight and competing in tested shows, as well as the Mr Buffalo as a middleweight. I also have a long term goal of winning the overall at a drug tested show and becoming a natural pro bodybuilder.
Joe inspires me because of his knowledge and honesty when it comes to natural bodybuilding, he really tells it like it is. Having competed against him once, I can say from experience his conditioning is amazing, and I know when he steps on stage again, he will be an absolute force and I feel sorry for the guys posing against him.
Kayte inspires me because of her work ethic and great attitude. She is extremely motivated and passionate about her goals. I'm just glad she doesn't workout at my gym because she'd be the hottest girl there and I'd be way too distracted : ) But seriously, just talking to her inspires me to keep working hard, and I can't wait to see her onstage again.
i hear you about competing against yourself man. same here. i have a long way to go too but I would love to develop a physique like yours. that's a true bodybuilder's look. at least the kind of bodybuilder I want to be. keep in touch man. would love to know more about your progress and training.
thanks for the add man. you have an amazing physique. symmetry, thickness, aesthetics. what i am definitely striving for. keep doing it to it man! continue to be an inspiration! rob
You have been on my inspirational list too!! Your dedication, improvement in condition and one who solely competed on his own diet and program alone shows such strength and commitment is truly inspiring! YOU KNOW you will keep getting better and you have the drive!!
Greetings Kevin. Just wanted to say that you have an excellent muscular physique. Keep up the good work. Hope you have won many bb contests.

haha thanks, i guess we'll see...i dont wanna go in overconfident and get really disappointed. but im hoping to make novice lightweights too, i just have to be under 165 which hopefully shouldnt be a problem. what weight are you hoping to compete at?
thats good that you'll still at least be able to do one of the shows either way. my trainings going pretty well, much better than last years at least. im hoping to compete around 162-163 but i guess we'll see come show time
