to tell you the truth I have not been able to gain anything for like 5 months now. I'm kinda disapointed but I'm going to try some new things and see what happends.

I put the bulking on hold for a little while I was having trouble making anymore gains so I decided to cut down. I'm going to start bulking next month though wish me luck.

Hell yeah it's hard...I did lose about 12 bounds when I started to cut down but not to worry I'll be bulking again soon.

Hey thanks man....I kinda hit a way and was not able to gain anymore for like 3 months so I just started cutting and loading up on the protein. After summer I'm really going to hit it hard again and see if I can get some more size on me.

Well I do have to admit I like the attention. All I have to do is put a tight shirt on and by the end of the night I have 4 or 5 numbers haha. Funny thing is I never call any of them. I'm to chicken I guess.

I have not been on the site much! I'm doing really well though. I have had a hard time gaining so I figured what the hell I'll start to cut and it paid off. I have been spending a lot of time with my friends hanging out at the bars down town.

Well I have changed my diet and lost some weight but its my body fat I think. I'm starting to look very cut so I guess I can deal. And the arms have got kinda bigger. I need to change my routine up cause I'm stuck and can't seem to grown although my strength has gotten better!

Why the shoulders feel much better. The one shoulder has a pain from time to time but other then that I'm good I think. I still have to baby my left shoulder sometimes but it's all good cause I'm not going to stay out of the gym.

Nah.....I kinda gave up on the bench press. When I do want to bench I use the smith machine, seems to work ok. But the size has been packing on so I'm not going to worry about it for now. training seems to be going well though, hope yours is going well too. ttyl bro

Well thats just it I'm not sure if it's helping me or not. I just keep taking it, haha. Once I'm finished with this new tub I'm going to try with out it and see what kinda results I get.

Yeah I did but I'm starting to get fat....I have not posted any new pictures cause I don't like the way I look. I'm going to finished this cycle and get to 180 maybe and then cut. But yeah I had to kick the cals up to 5000 to over come that plateau
