How I Started: I was tired of being skinny so one day I decided to quit smoking and I knew I had to do something else to occupy my time! I have tried so many times to gain weight could not gain a single pound. So I figured I would start going to the gym and try to put on muscle weight, glad I did cause I found I love the sport.
Why I Love It: I like getting pumped! Also the results I see in the mirror
How I Stay Motivated: All the people that make fun and say I'm skinny drives me to work harder!
BB Accomplishments: Gained 20 pounds of lean mass!!! woohoo

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I try not to do any cardio but if I do, I run. Running helps get the blood moving.

Yeah, I lost about 10 recently, back around 194 right now, and my abs still aren't where I want them, but I don't want to lose more weight either....just redistribute. If only it were that easy. lol. Keep at it man.

Well, more muscle at the same weight must mean that you've lost extra fat (not that you had much of that to start with) - so you're getting ideal results. Keep at it and it won't be long until you have to change your profile name to "bigguy1980" - take care!
