How I Started:
I was tired of being skinny so one day I decided to quit smoking and I knew I had to do something else to occupy my time! I have tried so many times to gain weight could not gain a single pound. So I figured I would start going to the gym and try to put on muscle weight, glad I did cause I found I love the sport.
Why I Love It:
I like getting pumped! Also the results I see in the mirror

All the people that make fun and say I'm skinny drives me to work harder!

Yea man thanks for the comment. Alot of people have been sayin that but i dont see the weight except around my stomach. I lost the six pack but started doin cardio again and lost an inch of the stomach but stayed the same weight so im happy now haha

i was just kidding. I think I'm gonna switch from NO Xplode to Purple Wrath cuz I have too much caffeine. I started to reduce the coffee, soda, etc. and I sleep much better so I end up having more energy naturally. What do you think?
Yeah, I lost about 10 recently, back around 194 right now, and my abs still aren't where I want them, but I don't want to lose more weight either....just redistribute. If only it were that easy. lol. Keep at it man.
