To gain weight and tone muscle I'd like to be about 90-95 pounds.
Goal (Long):
I may be small but i can kick butt. I need to gain wieght so my ribs don't show and for my overall health but i never noticed how skinny i was until my coach declined my position on the softball team saying i was just to small. now im going to come back and say look at me now!! Besides that, i would love to compete in fitness.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

Hey there little girl.... just teasing... dont get discuraged everyone has the ability to change their body.. it all depends on the amount of time your willing to put into it.
To gain quality weight you need it's simple, but the tools required are an absolute must. You need a good multivitamin and you need to take it every day, and you need to gorge at mealtime on carbs and proteins. After a workout immediately consume at least 700 calories. Never go more than 4 hours without eating a bunch of carbs and protein.
hey, Im good but im gettin pissed because ive only got to work out about 4 times in the past month and a half now. Soccer is takin up all my time. O well, so bout you?
