Started Lifting weights for football in high school but when i started playing ball in college i enjoyed lifting more than playing football. Then i joined Strong and Shapely and Bob Bonham and Carlo Fillipone (New IFBB Pro and owns the healthy muscle meals cafe` chain and i highly suggest you go eat or get a shake if you're around fairview Nj. Carlo is a great guy and an amazing chef!) made me do a show and i've been hooked since.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
A good whey isolate, waxy maize and creatine all mixed together to make my "repair cocktail" The waxy maixe just shoots all the aminos into your muscles and replenishes your glycogen like crazy!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Lately what has been working great is my first two exercises i do as heavy as possible for 6-12 reps (3-4sets) and keep them free weights. Next is a cable or hammer strength for 3 sets of 8-12 as heavy as possible. Then i do an isolation exercise for three triple drop sets to get maximum pump to stretch out the fascia. hey! Its been recomended to me that I take beverly's muscle provider protein 6 weeks out, but totally cut out protein shakes 2 weeks out.It is supposed to be the best for pre-contest training... Well im sure you know about it, but its supposed to be real clean, very low sodium, and just no extra ingrediants not even in tiny amounts, I was checking out Xyience XProtein, and it comes pretty close. I'd like to hear your opinion on all this.
hey! yeah, Im 14 weeks out.... any advice on cutting when I start in a few weeks... right now, i cut out certain things... but also whats the deal on drinking water the week of the contest?
