Goal (Long):
All my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. I want to become an animal, so I can pulverize everything in my path. I want to get a six pack and have arms that rip through my shirts. I would like to stay 225 pounds, and be able to do 375 on bench press at least. I know with dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!!

Just wanted to give you a hard time about your 295 squat. Your squat should always be heavier than your bench. Try heavy weight on extentions and curls 3 good sets of six or eight and when you don't feel like squating change it up with some lunges. Are you resless at night taking the cytonox and cytocell. I've been on it for 2 weeks and I'm not sleeping at all unless its during the day before my workout. I toss and turn all night.
Are you related to my neighbor Jim Neighbor Mciltrot in Radcliff Ky. Last year I stole all the light bulbs from my school to sell and feed my roid habit so I had to do some time. now I am clean, on the inside I could wall press 72 kilos and floor slap 63 kilos then pull on myself what do u think ?

I put my dads dump truck (empty) at bottom of our street and push it to the top 2x a week with 1 flat tire and bare feet I have increased mass but dad sold truck how can I replicate this workout in the gymnasium for the most rip chimp ?

How do I achieve your rip I tried an entire container of the SUPERPUMP in 1 day but became very ill with little rip factor how do you feel about the hypo prune mix 64oz prune juice,1/2 jar mayo,1 banana popsicle blend drink 2 per day has this worked 4 u ?
