run 3-4 miles a day. Sometimes more If there is adequate time.

Hopefully this time it wont mess with my stomach as much.
My last meal was around 6:30 so my stomach isn't empty.
If my stomach does feel weird, we can just blame that on
good ole tom the turkey. But I expect another...

Had a snow miracle on Dec. 25th of 2005 here in Texas(South Texas). An inch accumulation...lol So yeah.....a rarity. One sweetner it is.........when you are ready for that coffee!

I'd like to pack on 10 lbs of lean muscle, so I'm going to step up the weight training and cut back on the cardio and see what happens...I just have to watch that the diet doesn't get too much out of control.
