I was always petite and loved being active. I never used to work hard for natural definition, but I love arms like Jennifer Aniston and those I need to work for.

My goal is to keep running. I want to improve my times for the 2008 triathlon. Also, to keep toning up my body but keep a feminine physique. I don't want to get to much muscle. Slim and toned.
Hey, I have a question for everyone: When running in the mornings, have you found that you perform better eating breakfast before a run/event, or carb loading the night before? Have you found one to be better for a workout and one to be better for an actual race/marathon? Feel free to shout...

Hi Lissy…thanks so much for the add….you look awesome by the way! I really admire your goals for running. Running for 25 mins straight was a big accomplishment. Congrats on your progress so far.
