I was never athletic. I had a desk job, ate like shit and drank a lot. That is when I met Charlie, a HOT SOB with 4% body fat. He taught me 95% of the principles I live by today :) THANK GOD FOR HIM!!

How I Stay Motivated:
Helping others has been my biggest motivation. Everytime someone asks for my opinion or comments on "those abs" it pushes me to keep going!
BB Accomplishments:
I placed 5th in my 1st figure competition. Since I am dedicated 24/7, I entered with NO DIET, or "prep". PURE HARD WORK PAID OFF! AGAIN, I thank the teachings of my ex - CHARLIE!!

You must keep in your target heart rate in order to burn only fat and not muscle. Stairs 6 days per week for 1 hour. Running 2 miles in addition to the stairs 3 times a week
