I got started in high school when I was trying to improve in cheerleading for strength and endurance. My brother is also a bodybuilder, which inspired me. He has trained and competed hard for about 15 or more years. I finally have the nerve to start.
Why I Love It:
I love working out to relieve stress. I am also competitive, so I love to reach new goals each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am so motivated to loose weight and get into shape. I am super focused! I would have to say almost obsessed with my diet and exercise.

YOu are truly and inspiration, I am trying to get where you are. I just cant seem to commit all the way yet, I eat well but i need to eat better,, and i work out 5-6 days a week, i just cant seem to loose weight. I have changed my body in a year, but i only weigh like 5 lbs less, I am muscular, but also carry alot of fat So looking at where you came from,a nd where you are now is truly inspirational.
