I got started in high school when I was trying to improve in cheerleading for strength and endurance. My brother is also a bodybuilder, which inspired me. He has trained and competed hard for about 15 or more years. I finally have the nerve to start.
Why I Love It:
I love working out to relieve stress. I am also competitive, so I love to reach new goals each week.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am so motivated to loose weight and get into shape. I am super focused! I would have to say almost obsessed with my diet and exercise.
BB Accomplishments:
Gold's Classic 2007 Don't have a clue where I placed
East Coast BB and Figure Championships
2nd place.
National Level Competitor
Competed in the Arnold Classic as an Amatuer Figure competitor.
