How I Started:
Out of curiosity I walked into a Jack LaLanne Health Club when I was 18 years old and have never looked back. I was hooked instantly.
Why I Love It:
It helps me look great and feel even better.
How I Stay Motivated:
It comes naturally. I love exercising.

To get back my 25 yr old butt! Lean and mean.
Goal (Long):
I'm 45 years old and have been pumping iron for over 25 years. I can't imagine life without it. I've always maintained decent tone all around. My only problem has been my legs/butt area. It's always been difficult to get it lean. My abs, no problem. My butt, lordly lord, I need to just live on the treadmill to get that cut up. Wish me luck!
