Hey Joe, it's Lisa (Jen's friend and Nikolas' mom from Hawaii!)... you're doing a great job there! I saw your message on Facebook and came to check on your progress. I know Jen already can't wait for you to get home permanently... this just makes it worse for her!! hehehe Keep on lifting hard; it's working!

Hey!You must be so proud of your son! My hubby was actually a Marine when we met, did his initial time and then he got out. 10 years later, we decided to re-enlist...but the M.C. said he had too many tattoos, so we're Army now. Your pictures were incredibly motivating to me last night. I'm trying to do my first real bulking phase and sometimes it feels impossible for me to grow any! After reading some of your posts and seeing all of your pictures, I'm all motivated again
