How I Started:
Always did every sport possible since 6yrs of age but almost 2 years ago i smashed my wrist up one too many times whilst snowboarding, now i have a metal plate and 2pins in it but its not keeping it together :( Havent been able to lift weights since, just been running most days and now i've lost tone. Esp. since living too much of a party life and now my once lean body is abit too heavy for my liking!
Why I Love It:
Its just in me...i need to move, i feel awesome when i'm fit. i pride myself on being in tip-top shape

Seeing results and having way more energy than everyone else

I always have been lean, fit and very toned. Its kind of a trade-mark but i went off on a tangent for the last 6-8months- too much alcohol, not eating good food and high stress level. Also i couldnt do weights due to a serious injury. I want to get my old self back!!
I'm not used to having excess podge, and there's def a bit hanging around so its gotta go!
I want to be above the norm cos i know i've got the foundations for an awesome figure- i want to look like a fitness model and lead a healthy life :)

Running along the beach in the morning (i live on the beach)
Stationary bike..FULL PELT! plus i can tune out and listen to some heavy electro-house for an hour
I'm going ok, just come back from a weekend in your part of the world for the football yesterday so I am feeling a little worse for wear. I have this week off work now so I can recover.
