My dad is a former bodybuilder who still lifts on a regular basis. I've been performing ballet my whole life, so I've always been active. At 18 I got a job at Plymouth Fitness in the daycare, and attempted to workout but had no idea what I was doing. Around 20/21 I became serious, and competed in my first figure competition in 2006. I haven't competed since then, but would like to next year. I hope to get into some sort of modeling.
Why I Love It:
I love being fit and staying active, and pushing my body to the max. I love lifting heavy weights, and my new favorite activity is running. If something is on my mind or bothering, I go running and I feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what I want my body to look like, and its not going to look like that by eating junk food and sitting around all day.
BB Accomplishments:
Third place in my first figure competition.
