  • great job. everytime I give into the concession I regret it not only cause how bad it is for you but also how bad it taste. never taste as good as when your craving it

MikeDe06 Yeah it sucks. I couldn&#039;t do it after that last time. It hindered my workouts so bad for about a week and a half that I figured the flu wouldn&#039;t even last that long. So I&#039;ve just taken all my vitamins, BCAA&#039;s and everything else to stay healthy. Knock on wood, it&#039;s worked for the past four years!! Dec 17, 2012 10:06am

MikeDe06 That&#039;s why I don&#039;t get the flu shot. I did that one year and it totally screwed me up for like a week. So I haven&#039;t gotten a flu shot in about 4 yrs now. I&#039;m sorry but you should not lift to failure because that&#039;s what jacked me up. Just lift light and do cardio. Only thing I can help you with. Dec 16, 2012 11:22pm
