I discovered fitness in college and it has been a HUGE part of my life since then.
Why I Love It:
Lifting and working out gives me a sense of well-being. I like doing healthy things for my body. Regular exercise also helps my keep my chronic depression at a manageable level. Cardio especially helps with my bad joints.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I look in the mirror and don't like what I see, I know I need to change it.

Goal (Long):
I'm getting married in May, and (of course) every bride wants to look gorgeous in a wedding dress. It's more than the wedding, though. I want to get back to the healthy way of life that I had right after college.
Awesome job, we all know it's a daily grind - sometimes on, sometimes off... Did I miss the wedding? Congrats at any rate, especially for staying consistent!
