About 145 lbs., after two babies in two years and before any fat loss, training, and control of my diet. I was NOT pregnant in this picture (second baby was 9 months old) but people kept asking me if I was. This was actually a huge motivating factor for me.

I can FINALLY see some muscle on the back of my legs! (when lifting)

About 135 lbs. in this photo, after about 10 lbs. lost from walking. Was ready to start serious fat loss. Had not yet begun to strength train or control my diet.
