We are not on the road, but even when we are, Halloween ALWAYS happens! I think we will have a witch and a spider man this year. Looking forward to it, though planning to steer clear of all that candy!!!

Thank you. Haven't seen your page for a while--GREAT progress--keep up the great work!! I guess I need to update my goal. I am on to working my legs hard three days a week and building muscle there. And eating a little more (+ extra carbs--enjoying the homemade whole wheat bread!) Keep working hard!

Hopefully in muscle, but maybe just in water? I try not to pay too much attention to weight, but I am finding it helpful to chart it so I can see general trends.

Things are great. I'm hitting the carb cycling hard after a Jan/Feb "bulk". Starting to lean out and feel better. Put on some leg muscle too! How about for you?

I'm good. Not looking forward to the low carb afternoon I'll be having today. Had a great high carb day yesterday, though! Love your new avi! Are you making a decision about competing? You look ready to me (minus the tan, of course!)

Being a mommy, or most any age for that matter, has almost no bearing on how the body looks, it seems! After my second baby, I thought it would have to be all downhill. But after taking matters into my own hands and seeing so much info on the web, I knew it could be done! And I'm reminded every day. I'm definitely looking and feeling better than my high school days. Thank goodness--otherwise I couldn't keep up with these two preschoolers!
