Over the last two years I have went from an explosive risk taking athlete to a corporate,weekend runner. I want to regain my physique and put to use the gifts god has given me.
Add more mass to upper pecs, arms, rear delts and rhomboids. Over the next 18 months I'm aiming to increase my overall bodyweight to 235-245 pounds and under 10% BF. I think that will put me over the top from an athletic build into more of a bodybuil
