How I Started:
I used to drink way too much alcohol, and now I drink way too many protein shakes. Hence the silly username lol. Lifting weights really turned my life around.
Why I Love It:
It's my main hobby. It keeps me healthy and I stay out of trouble when I stay dedicated to my health. It is the best stress reliever ever to listen to some good music and throw some weight around!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of all the money I've spent on supplements I don't want to go to waste! Just kidding. It's hard sometimes, but I want to live a healthy life and improve my physique as much as I can.

Sup Chris? So this liquid diet you are on. Whats are the advantages, because your stats have not change too much. How does this benefit you? Of course your abs are mad sick ripped, and the vacular rocks, but they were before the liquid diet, I assume. Nice work. So what could I expect from doing this. Thanks in advance. Eric
