Started out playing basketball and only working out on my legs. I started getting tired of people pushing me around on the court so I decided to gain some weight. I had trouble doing this because of my metabolism so I killed it with all the wrong stuff. I was doing good until I stopped working out and playing ball every day. Then the fat started showing around the mid section. I got up to about 198 when i decided to do it the right way. So I started working out again and got it back down to 178. Now im working on getting my six pack back but this time at 200lbs.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good plus i love seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror motivates me. Playing basket ball motivates me as well. I used to be able to dunk... I want to once again.
BB Accomplishments:
To be about 200 lbs with 10% body fat.

I was 140 maybe 145 after eating something... can you believe that?
Showing the gun... I couldve sworn they got bigger.. but i guess not
ha, that made me laugh out loud. I used to be like that. I literally thought I would die to have to go 1 day without a treat. Somehow I managed to get through it, it gets easier...it is just a matter of getting over the inital stages.
